The business side of a literary house.
Classic City Publishing is the table where editorial work, civic patronage, advertising, rights, events, and employment can be handled without spectacle. The house exists to give durable form to local writing and publishing work since 2026: invoices answered, terms made plain, calendars kept, and contributors treated with care. Its public titles may have their own voices; the company keeps the record, protects the standard, and makes it possible for those voices to keep appearing. If your business is with the magazine, the journal, a sponsorship, a bookstore table, a classroom, a venue, or a hiring conversation, this is the proper door.

What We Publish
The imprint, not a duplicate newsroom.
Classic City Publishing operates Classic City PR (Publishing & Review), the editorial imprint that publishes Classic City Magazine, Classic City Journal, and future titles.
Readers looking for articles, reviews, or submissions should go there; partners and advertisers may stay here.
Advertise With Us
Patronage with a clear ledger.
Advertising with the house is not bought as noise. It is a practical form of patronage for businesses that want local readers, writers, booksellers, professors, students, neighbors, and visitors to know they help keep serious pages in circulation. The media kit explains available placements, print and digital terms, sponsorship language, deadlines, and rates. Start with the kit; if the fit is real, the next step is a short call and a plain proposal.

Bookstores, venues, schools, civic tables.
Partnerships should make the work easier to find, not harder to recognize. The house is open to readings, launch tables, campus conversations, bookstore arrangements, civic programming, and careful collaborations with organizations that understand audience trust. A good proposal can be short. Name the public, the occasion, and the shape of the exchange.

A practical promise.
A publishing house is a practical promise: that certain work deserves a room, a ledger, a careful schedule, and a person who answers the letter. Classic City Publishing was started to give that promise a durable form, close enough to the street to know what matters and disciplined enough to outlast the mood of the week. The house will not measure every success by noise. A good advertisement can be an act of patronage. A review can keep a shop, a stage, or a first book in the conversation. A local magazine can become part of the record if it is made with patience. That is the standard here: useful pages, fair terms, exact stewardship, and no borrowed importance. If you have business with the house, write plainly. You will receive the same in return. It should feel modest on purpose, and serious because modest work can still matter now.
